Fall 2025 Clinics with the UNCW Beach Volleyball Squad and Coach! 

Divisions for youth and adults who wanna learn and support UNCW Beach Volleyball. We're planning an aggressive spring schedule with trips to FSU, GSU, Stetson, and a little spring break competition trip to Hawaii if we get a little help :)

 

Clinic dates for both youth and adults, all levels:

Get a beach volleyball workout in and learn some handy techniques. All levels. And help UNCW Beach Volleyball have an amazing spring break trip in Hawaii this upcoming March! Chance to see the beautiful UNCW campus and work with Coach Fischer and current UNCW student-athletes. The more campers we get, the more UNCW NCAA Beach Volleyballers get to work with your kids!  This is a 90-minute clinic with a chance to purchase UNCW Beach Volleyball Gear on site.

2025 Summer Camps

​Carolina Swing **New this year! 

Rising 8th - 12th graders

June 9-10, 2025 

$200 9am-4pm, 9am-1pm Day 2​

Start your summer off right with some high-level training and a chance to meet future partners from everywhere. We will quickly cover the basics, then create competitive games to show what you now know! Chance to see the beautiful UNCW campus and work with Coach Fischer and current UNCW student-athletes. The more campers we get, the more UNCW NCAA Beach Volleyballers get to work with your kids!  This is a 2-day commuter-only camp, 9am - 4pm on Monday, 9am - 1pm on Tuesday.

​Youth Beach Volleyball Training Camp 

Incoming 4th-8th graders (girls and boys)

June 16-19, 2025 

$210  9am-noon (includes UNCW tank top)

Open to 4th-8th graders, this beach volleyball camp teaches all the fundamental skills of volleyball, from serving to attacking. It's also a great way to learn what team sports, working hard, and taking care of oneself are all about. This camp goes mornings from Monday - Thursday, and we'll have courts for players of all abilities, even true beginners and tournament winners with their sites set on playing in college. The more campers we get, the more UNCW NCAA Beach Volleyballers get to work with your kids!  This is a 4-day commuter-only camp, 9am - noon.

Elite Crash Course

Incoming 11th-12th graders (girls only)

June 23-24, 2025 
9am - 4pm both days

This 2-day crash course camp is for advanced beach players looking to get to the next level. No partners -- sign up as an individual. Monday will be the "Crash Course" taught by David Fischer with tons of instructions and drills, and a great chance to meet future partners from all over the US. Tuesday will give us a chance to put that knowledge and skills into action with mini-games on multiple courts. This camp also serves as a recruiting tool for playing at the D1 level in college, so sorry boys, this one is for girls only. 2-day commuter-only camp.

Camp spots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis upon receiving a completed camp registration and payment.

High School Advanced *Overnight Option! New this year!

*New this year, we are offering a true overnight camp experience in the UNCW freshmen dorms, adjacent the courts. Meals will be a mixture of UNCW Dining Halls (Wagoner or Shore) and catered food, allowing more times to get to know your fellow campers, to learn about our amazing sport, and to ask questions of our coaches and UNCW student-athletes.

​​​Intense 4-full-days of instruction and competing, with current and future Seahawk beach volleyball players. Sign up as an individual -- no need to bring a partner, and we will divide the camp into work groups based on ability. In beach, everyone works on the fundamentals of volleyball, including attacking, passing, serving, setting, and defensive skills and tactics. Offensive strategies. Panel discussions with current UNCW student-athletes will allow for all your daughter's or son's questions to be answered. For hard workers of all levels -- we'll have a court for you. Most importantly, we believe in shaping players into being the best teammate and version of themselves they can be.

Overnight Camper Details: Move in will be the evening prior (Sunday, June 29) between 4-6pm.

Dorm location: Loggerhead Hall Lobby. 1230 Walton Dr., Wilmington, NC 28403.

Campers will need to bring a sheet / pillow case / blanket / towel.

Campers can also just come to camp on the first day and check-in at 8:30am on June 30.

 

For Overnighters, sign up for the camp, then sign up for the Overnight Option for this camp! Cost for 4 nights and food is $230.

Satellite Camps

The David Fischer Beach Volleyball Camp is designed to bring a fully customizable volleyball camp experience directly to your school or club. Coaches work closely with the David Fischer Beach Volleyball Camp staff to select dates and times that best suit their program’s needs. The camp provides flexibility, allowing coaches to target specific skill sets or areas of team development. 

Please note: Additional costs may apply for lodging and travel, depending on the location and schedule.
